Éthier Avocats has been a Lex International member since its foundation. This Canadian based office focuses mainly on  tax law. The professionals at Éthier Avocats all have graduate degrees in taxation and years of experience in the field – making them a respected authority on tax matters.

Lex International’s Canadian office has won the regard of a wide range of clients, including individuals, corporate executives, healthcare professionals, small-business owners and public-service bodies (cities and municipalities). They also work with Canadian citizens working or doing business abroad, foreign residents working or doing business in Canada, and Canadian companies with international subsidiaries. Lex International’s office in Russia starts its history in 1999, when consulting company RichWise Consulters Ltd. was founded by a group of Law school students from Saint Petersburg State University. Over the next 10 years the company proved its ability to provide high-quality legal services to a growing number of clients.

Lex International’s Russian office is a boutique company, uniting a team of highly educated professionals in law, finance and accounting. Our main office is situated in Saint Petersburg, with representatives in Moscow, Petrozavodsk and Vologda. We represent clients in all parts of the Russian Federation and in neighbouring countries: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Belarus. Our practice areas include formal legal consulting with a focus on tax law, investment law, international private law, technical regulations, accounting consulting, outsource accounting, financial consulting and project management.

Miami is the birthplace of The Lex International Network. Nowadays, the office of Dr. Evgeny V. Golovanov is our main North America outpost. The law firm EG Auxilium LLC represents clients in Florida and throughout the United States in a wide range of investment issues, corporate and tax matters.

Lex International has been working in France since the 1990s. First, coordinated by its founder Lucius Smejda. Then, in 2006, Eric Citrey, a former member of Lex International’s US office, founded EJPC in Paris and it became part of Lex International.

Lex International’s office in Paraguay was established in 2014 and is the newest and smallest office in our network. Conveniently located in Mariano Roque Alonso, one of the fastest-growing suburbs of Asuncion, and just a 10-minute drive from Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, it is dedicated to providing high-quality fiduciary service and legal advice for national and international clients.
Mainly focused on helping foreign investors to operate successfully in Paraguay, the office also offers professional legal and accounting services and investment advice to local businesses. Paraguay, as one of the most stable economies in South America, provides good links to neighbouring MERCOSUR members which gives our local office great opportunities to expand regionally.
