Vladimir Troitsky

Graduate of St. Petersburg University Law School (JD in International Law in 2002; PhD in 2005), and Columbia University in the City of New York Business School (MBA, 2014).
Vladimir is a legal advisor to a number of industrial and trade companies with distinguished experience in management positions in banking and industrial fields. He is the author of more than 30 published articles and one book, and an active organizer and participant of international conferences. He has a long track record working as associate professor at various universities and is often invited to universities worldwide as a guest lecturer.

Jacques Ethier

Eric Citrey was admitted to the Paris Bar on May 23, 1996.

His experience includes practical training and of counsel with the International Tax Department of SHUTTS & BOWEN P.A. (Miami, Florida); Legal Counsel at Price Waterhouse Legal & Tax Paris office (1987-1989); General Counsel at COFIREM Holding (1989-1990); In-house legal counsel at GEC ALSTHOM TRANSPORT SA (1990-1996).

Arbitration and counseling: International Chamber of Commerce Arbitrator, IFEJI Expert (French Institute of International Judicial Experts): in charge of the regulating authority within the PFI/PPP, ADR specialist promoting amicable settlement. Eric is also recognized by the FIF (International Railways Industry Federation) as the specialist of large transport infrastructure contracts.
