Vladimir Troitsky

Graduate of St. Petersburg State University Law School (JD in International Law in 2002; PhD in 2005), Columbia University in the City of New York Business School (MBA, 2014).
Vladimir is a legal advisor to a number of industrial and trade companies with distinguished experience on managing positions in banking and industrial fields. He is the author of more than 30 published articles and one book, active organizer and participant of international conferences. He works as associate professor at St. Petersburg State University and is often invited as a guest lecturer for numerous universities worldwide. He is also the vice-president of the St. Petersburg branch of the UN association of Russia.

Arbitration and counseling: International Chamber of Commerce Arbitrator, IFEJI Expert (French Institute of International Judicial Experts): in charge of the regulating authority within the PFI/PPP, ADR specialist promoting amicable settlement.
